Low Milk Suppy Support Group

Second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 12:30 Pacific (more often by request; contact me if you need an earlier meeting).

Led by Diana, a mom and IBCLC with low supply, for anyone with low supply. You're not alone. Find community, tips, and understanding from people who get it. For more info and resources, please check out our sister site, lowsupplylactation.com.

Portuguese and Spanish Support Group

First Monday of the month at 1-2 pm Pacific.

General lactation support (not just for low supply). Diana is fluent in Portuguese and speaks conversational Spanish. Topics include—but are not limited to—building and maintaining supply, pumping, starting solids, going back to work, weaning and emotional support.

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Hypermobility, and Chronic Pain Infant Feeding Support Group

Second Saturday of the month, 12-1 pm Pacific.

Led by Diana, an IBCLC who breastfed two daughters as a hypermobile mom with chronic pain. Diana is not yet an expert on the implications of EDS and hypermobility in breastfeeding (she will be later this year!), but she will moderate the group and will bring her expertise in lactation and her lived experience with connective tissue disorders. This non-judgmental group is for anyone who is expecting or who is already feeding their baby, no matter how (and what kind of milk) you are feeding them. Feeding an infant can be hard on the body and this is a space to discuss strategies to navigate the infant feeding experience in the context of hypermobility and chronic pain, as well as the emotional experience of feeding with these challenges.
